- Overall responsibility for the brand operations: commercial, marketing and financial (budget);
- Prepare, propose and follow up yearly budgets;
- Plan and implement strategies and policies to achieve brand performance targets;
- Plan and implement promotional and merchandising activities to maximize sales;
- Constant monitoring of the industry trend(s) (official / parallel and counterfeit market);
- Analyzes and monitors sales and stock levels;
- Provide suppliers with reports on regular basis;
- Maintain relationship with suppliers;
- Provide overall direction of the brand through leadership, motivation and effective communication;
- Constant monitoring of the legal aspects ;
- Identify the A&P tools appropriate for brand communication / presence / imagel;
- Plan, monitor and implement A&P budgets;
- Ensure optimum use of marketing tools.
