Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement the marketing strategies for the brand, including development and reinforcing the brand positioning;
- Develop and execute the annual and long term marketing plan, including the annual marketing/promotion calendar;
- Conduct new product development and continuous improvement of product portfolio according to the latest trends in consumer needs;
- Develop and implement packaging;
- Develop integrated trade marketing projects alongside Sales and Trade Marketing Managers ;
- Develop, track, analyze and manage the annual marketing budget and programs;
- Recommend and manage media vehicles, promotion and other marketing suppliers;
- Develop website/internet strategy and programs;
- Conduct business, market, industry and competitive research, tracking and analyses;
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects to completion in a timely manner.
- University Degree;
- Flexible approach to work, ability to motivate and communicate with colleagues and partners at all levels;
- Strong ethical principles, diplomacy and confidentiality
- At least 3 years experience in similar position preferable within the construction sector;
- Very good PC Skills (MS Office);
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Excellent communication skills and team player;
- Good sense of humour.
