- Together with Marketing Director implement the overall brand strategy to achieve company goals and overall presence on the market.
- Develop and execute annual brand marketing and PR plan and budget consistent with long-term brand goals.
- Manage public relations for the brand, including development of Consumer and trade PR programs/events.
- Strategic and positive press mentions and reviews.
- Management of outside advertising agencies.
- Manage marketing for the brand, including development of national merchandising concepts and communications with agencies, trade marketing and the sales force.
- Successfully manage brand graphic look and feel to completion working with internal graphics and outside agencies/suppliers.
- Work with field sales in developing and executing national programs; coordinate brand graphic standards to be used by trade marketing in local/regional programs.
- Work closely with the POS team on timely POS and program materials distribution.
Provide assistance in the management of brand advertising campaigns.
- Continue to increase product knowledge and marketing expertise to take on more complicated projects.
- Representing the brands at events and support in-market activities .
- Working with business analysis group, provide regular detailed analysis of regional/national brand performance to marketing director/VP.
- Coordinates the development of packaging.
-Ability to simultaneously manage several complex projects over periods of time.
- Ability to manage detailed projects/events to success.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a brand manager
- Idealy from FMCG;
