RESPONSABILITATI

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that can increase brand identity and awareness. He communicates to the organization understands the needs, preferences and constraints that define his brand group.

Responsibilities:

- Analyses continuously consumer, sales and competitive data and draws conclusions for the local marketing mix
- Develops, implements, controls and evaluates the country specific marketing program with the goal to increase consumption and gain new consumers
- Ensures a consistent brand appearance of the local tools
- Implements effectively the strategies for ATL campaigns and BTL activities
- Creates the annual business plan together with the Marketing Manager
- Monitors the budget
- Proposes the brand programs in close collaboration with the sales department
- Ensures product availability and checks sales plan and stock situation together with the distributor
- Plans, orders and supervises distribution of POS material, sampling equipment and free goods
- Reporting: Cyclical marketing – to be sent to the Marketing Manager
- Contributes to the implementation of the sales objectives, plans and programs
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with current and potential trade partners.


CERINTE

- University Degree
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in Brand Management within an FMCG company
- Strong Marketing Knowledge
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Fully PC literate

- Ability to establish efficiently an appropriate course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a goal
- Utilization of appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide individuals or groups towards task accomplishment
- Ability to evaluate data and courses of action and to reach logical decisions
- Effectiveness in identifying problems, seeking pertinent data, recognizing important information and identifying possible causes of problems
- Readiness to make decisions, state opinions, take action or commit oneself
- Able to understand the key business issues that affect the profitability and growth of an enterprise and takes Ability to analyze, organize and present numerical data, financial and statistical.
