BRAND BUILDING MANAGER

Your main responsibilities include:

Responsible for Brand Communications: checking translation of advertising into local language and adaptation to comply with local regulations, Activation advertising /tactical local

¦Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the market place and monitors performance of the support plans.
¦Participates in various cross-functional teams – CMI, CCP, Regional Brand Teams and externally with local support agencies such as PR, sponsorship, activation and channel
¦Activates campaign ideas in the national market
¦Monitors brand performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
¦Copy, allocation of media budget within AP parameters, PR & Sponsorship.

Provides input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators;
Drives brand performance and recommend solutions for implementing improvements in order to meet annual targets.


CERINTE

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor degree in Marketing/Economics;
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
Good knowledge of Project Management;
Good experience in business planning and implementation;
Develops brand plans that build equity and business;
Creates/deploys integrated communications;
Excellent Interpersonal skills;
Good communication skills - Oral & Written;
Good organisational and planning skills;
Result-oriented;
