She/He will have to set up the Romanian branch of the company:
- Conceiving and implementing the commercial and marketing strategy of the company for Romania
- Starting to promote company products to plastic surgeons
- Establishing the company: juridical registration, finding premises, etc
She/He will have to supervise all aspects of the business:
- Sales, ordering, invoicing
- Accountancy, cash and finance
- Legal
- Relations to suppliers
- Stock management
- Recruitment and personnel management
- Marketing policy
- Excellent, proven sales abilities
- Experience in the aesthetic business (or at least in the medical or pharmaceutical industry)
- Excellent oral and written communication (Romanian and English)
- Entrepreneur spirit
- Very well organized
- Strong personal commitment
- Master degree or higher
