Job description:
- Coordinate the branch’s activity, maintain and develop the clients database
- Study the local market and identify the local tendencies
- Plan, organize, evaluate and optimize the subordinate insurance Inspectors activities
- Responsible for fulfillment of the branch office objectives and budget
- Assures that the tasks received from the Area Director are being accomplished according with the politics and procedures of the insurance Company
- Centralize reports, situations and data received from agencies and insurance Inspectors, analyze and report to the Area Director and Central administration
- Monitor performance indicators for subordinated insurance inspectors, analyze and report the indicators and suggest proper measurements in order to solve possible quantitative or qualitative deficiency that might result from indicators analyze
- Report monthly to the Area Director financial situation at branch level
- Take account for recruiting and training the Insurance Inspectors
- Approve performance valuation for the Insurance Inspectors
- University Degree in Economics
- Experience in sales management and insurance
- Good knowledge of Technical Norms, procedures, standards and legislation used in the insurance field
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy MS Office
