RESPONSABILITATI

- Assures the development, organization and management of the Branch in line with the policy of the Bank’s development policy and strategic objectives.
- Represents the branch in the local business and administrative community.
- Generates and develops business; responsible for increasing the client portfolio, business volume and Branch profitability.
- Implements the Retail and Corporate strategies.
- Applies the Bank's standards within sales, marketing, legal and risk activities.
- Manages the assets and liabilities of the Branch in order to maximize the profit and takes reasonable risk.


CERINTE

- University degree.
- Previous experience in management or direct sales with another bank (minimum 2 years).
- Very good command of English language.
- Good knowledge of man management and project management.
- Excellent managerial abilities (leadership, entrepreneurship, coaching, etc.)
- High client orientation with excellent communication, interpersonal selling & negotiations skills.
- Effective team player with results orientation enjoying competitive and challenging environments.
- Financial and business analysis capacity.
