On behalf of our client, a leading International Real Estate Company, we are searching for BRANCH MANAGER.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements;
- Plan and implement advertising and promotional strategy and activities;
- Manage selling and customer service activities and staff competence in order to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction;
- Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required;
- Grow client base by developing area-specific sales strategies;
- Coordinate Broker’s and Sales Assistant’s activity;
- Train brokers on how to represent clients throughout the home-buying/selling process;
- Attend local and international training and development programs.
Personal Requirements:
- University graduate;
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and management;
- Extremely motivated self-starter;
- Pro-active sales attitude;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Dynamic and willing to work in a competitive business atmosphere;
- Excellent English speaker;
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Driving License - B.
