RESPONSABILITATI

The primary objective of the BOSS teams is to Support Sales and CSSM in the eCommerce environment. Their daily activities are to deliver high quality and efficient services using hp defined processes and systems.

Using HP internal solutions, the BOSS team is:
- Analyzing internal reports and taking pro-active actions following defined processes and guidelines;
- Creating/maintaining customer technical product configuration according to the customer requirements;
- Creating/maintaining the product pricing for Sales, following guidelines and internal processes, and working with the Pricing Team (Bid Desk);
- Asking creation of a special product or service (Hardware, Software, Logistic…);
- Administrating a customer demonstration unit request, following the relevant process;
This list is not exhaustive and must be taken as example. It could be adapted to the organization priorities, meaning the team need to be adaptive.

The mission of the Process Analyst is to be the “Focal Point of reference” for the local team in term of processes & systems:
- Being the expert on all processes and systems used by team members, including audit compliancy guidelines;
- Maintaining the existing knowledge database & tools up-to-date (training materials, intranet solution…);
- Supporting training needs on processes & systems;
- Helping to set objectives and measuring regularly the level of compliancy and knowledge of the team;
- Identifying, taking actions and tracking structural process & systems issues improvements;
- Supporting BOSS team member’s on-request;
- Analyzing raised issues and requests to provide adequate guideline, define corrective action steps to the team.

The key measures for the Process Analyst are:

- Perfect knowledge of processes & systems used locally;
- Local knowledge database & tools always on and accurate;
- Team knowledge level and training satisfaction;
- Local BOSS Supervisors & BPT satisfaction;
- Audit & compliancy results;


CERINTE

Education
University/Master degree in Business or Sales or equivalent experience

Experience in one or more of the following:
- Minimum two years experience in Organization or Quality or equivalent
- Previous experience in Process design and team support
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of business processes
- Knowledge of Process design principles/methodology and quality
- Knowledge in IT Tools (database system; MS-Office and computer tools…)
- General understanding of Sales Administration processes
- Technical understanding of Servers and PC architecture and structure.

Skills
- Self organization and motivation to maintain deep and accurate knowledge database;
- Team player/coaching ability (training, issues support, availability…)
- Strong pro-activeness and autonomy to manage priorities in-line with objectives
- Customer oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills, written and orally
- Focus on quality and details
- Leadership/Charisma
- Language - Fluent in English
- One other major European language (German, Spanish, Italian, French …) would be considered as a plus.
