General:
This role is part of 3rd line technical support team within Ericsson GSDC in Romania; He/She will maintain all tariff systems with optimum performance, reliability and availability.
Responsabilities:
- He/She will maintain all tariff systems with optimum performance, reliability and availability.
- He/She will provide on call support and work for priority system problems and planned maintenance.
- He/She will innovate system and service improvements on behalf of all customers for all systems.
Requirements:
Technical
- 1 year experience of successfully delivering change in a Billing Production environment
- 2 years experience of charging configuration in a billing system
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse and understand large amounts of data
- Demonstrate an ability to translate Marketing provided pricing information into configurable technical implementations
- MS Access, Business Objects and SQL query skills
- Basic Unix skills
Education
- Technical university degree
Others
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 24h x 7 on call availability for critical issues
- Availability for initial knowledge transfer abroad, 2-3 months
