General:
- The primary role of the E-Biz and ESS team is 2nd level support of E-Biz (Oracle E-Business Suite 11i) and ESS applications within the Back Office.
Responsabilities:
- Fault and performance management
- Service level protection
- Activation / deactivation of standard functions and features
- Preventative routine maintenance
Technical
- Application administration and support experience
- Customer Orientation: i.e. experience of supporting internal and/or external customers
Education
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Computing discipline
Others
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 24h x 7 on call availability for critical issues
- Availability for initial knowledge transfer abroad, 2-3 months
Nice to have requirements:
- Operating System Admin experience e.g. UNIX, Windows
- Experience with any of the following applications: Livelink, Cramer Dimensions, NetOne, Weblogic
