Provide Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology
Work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business or organization
Initiate and lead projects that improve end-to-end processes; Setup, validate and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact
Build Process Excellence culture in the team; Drive productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives
Support Transition team in volume analysis, metric base lining and target setting for new processes
Drive Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization
Conduct Quality Awareness, Lean and Green Belt Trainings within the organization
Coach & Mentor Green Belts and Project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality and process improvement objectives
Conceptualize and complete Black Belt [BB] projects aimed at driving End-to-End business impact to processes
Black Belt Six Sigma Trained;
Strong Six Sigma, Lean and Processes Re-engineering background;
Demonstrated deep functional knowledge in one or more service delivery areas;
Strategic thinking ability prioritization of strategic vs. tactical steps in light of long term Genpact and customer organization objectives;
Strong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency;
Ability to set the agenda and drive themes for larger business impact improvement initiatives;
Excellent project management skills, including knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
Excellent communication skills, outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, influencing and presentation skills;
Problem Solving Approach including logical, systems oriented mindset
Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work independently;
Advanced English language skills
