RESPONSABILITATI

• Provide Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology
• Work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business or organization
• Initiate and lead projects that improve end-to-end processes; Setup, validate and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact
• Build Process Excellence culture in the team; Drive productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives
• Support Transition team in volume analysis, metric base lining and target setting for new processes
• Drive Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization
• Conduct Quality Awareness, Lean and Green Belt Trainings within the organization
• Coach & Mentor Green Belts and Project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality and process improvement objectives
• Conceptualize and complete Black Belt [BB] projects aimed at driving End-to-End business impact to processes


CERINTE

• Black Belt Six Sigma Trained;
• Strong Six Sigma, Lean and Processes Re-engineering background;
• Demonstrated deep functional knowledge in one or more service delivery areas;
• Strategic thinking ability – prioritization of strategic vs. tactical steps in light of long term Genpact and customer organization objectives;
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency;
• Ability to set the agenda and drive themes for larger business impact improvement initiatives;
• Excellent project management skills, including knowledge of project management tools and techniques;
• Excellent communication skills, outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, influencing and presentation skills;
• Problem Solving Approach – including logical, systems oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and work independently;
• Advanced English language skills
