A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates who can:
Organize and plan specific activities for quality system implementation and maintenance at organization level;
Monitor and report the status of quality system performance and established corrective/preventive actions;
Assess and state the qualification of the transition, business and support processes;
Plan and organize the specific activities for quality inspection;
Assess and state the qualification of the quality measurement tools/software;
State the level of quality for each department and impose the necessary level of corrective/preventive actions;
Check the status for decided corrective/preventive actions
Requirements
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
Excellent communication skills, should be able to communicate with external customers and senior leadership;
Mentoring, Coaching and Training Skills;
Should possess Change Management Experience and strong familiarity with Change Management Tools & Frameworks;
Strong Mathematical and Statistical Skills
Sound IT and Technical Skills;
Proficient in MS Office and Minitab;
Fluency in English and in another main European Language;
