-Provide Team Leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and Process Excellence methodology
-Work closely with Operation and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business or organization
-Initiate and lead projects that improve end-to-end processes; Setup, validate and audit measurement systems to deliver business impact
-Build Process Excellence culture in the team; Drive productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives
-Support Transition team in volume analysis, metric base lining and target setting for new processes
-Drive Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization
-Conduct Quality Awareness, Lean and Green Belt Trainings within the organization
-Coach & Mentor Green Belts and Project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality and process improvement objectives
-Conceptualize and complete Black Belt [BB] projects aimed at driving End-to-End business impact to processes
ENGLISH - advanced
-Masters Degree in Engineering or Economics or Finance, would be a plus
-Masters in Business Administration [MBA], would be a plus
-Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, Any other Quality Certification would be a plus
-Proficiency in systems like MS Projects, Minitab, etc, would be a plus
-good communication skills;
-analytical skills
-strategic thinker;
-team player and demonstrated leadership skills;
-outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, influencing and presentation skills;
-ability to effectively share process/business knowledge with others;
-the employee has the responsibility of providing training for the assigned people whenever the direct superior requests that.
