- Coordinating Portfolio department (invoicing and allocations teams);
- Testing the new projects, communication with IT team;
- Provide training, guidance to the team; plan, oragnize and motivate the team;
- Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks and to make accurate decisions; analytical and open minded person, fast learner;
- Perseverance - able to do a hard, well - focused and persistent work; able to perform under stress and changing environments, able to work independently and in team, to set goals and priorities;
- Able to effectively communicate in all directions: team, other departments, internal and external clients;
- Able to assess impact of changes on processes in own department and in other departments.
- Finance and/or Operational back-ground;
- Team Coordination experience (Experience in similar position an asset);
- University graduate (Academy of Economic Studies or similar);
- Good command of English;
- Excellent people and communication skills;
- Very good IT systems insight;
- Good ability to work in a team and under pressure.
