You should be responsible for the management of integrated or large-scale projects, acting as the roles of both a bid team leader and general technical engineer:
To work with the account team to manage account opportunities, organize and take part in pre-bid technical direction, respond to tender documents, produce bidding documents, negotiate the key issues with clients.
To understand the project timeline and develop a project plan to meet the relevant milestones on time and steer the team to successful completion.
To prepare and present impressive bids/tenders which balance quality and profit across all sectors from initial receipt through tender adjudication, ensuring a competitive and cost-effective solution to meet customer’s requirements.
Responsible for the requirement analysis, overall solution and the related bidding strategy analysis.
Bachelor degree or higher in the subject of telecommunications, computer, or electronics
Good understanding of state-of-the-art telecom technology and network structure. Two years or more experience as bid manager for telecom infrastructure projects, preferable with world leading manufacturer and for high value projects.
Project management knowledge and skill; effective communicator and organizer.
