This role will be ideal for an experienced Bid Specialist with a passion for writing, ideally coupled with experience of IT both within the Public Sector and Private Sector. Of particular interest will be individuals with prior background in Consultancies or IT Service Providers. As the successful applicant you will work within an industry leading team that will offer you full support in the development of proposals from a technical, sales and marketing perspective.
Assessing of the bid resources required and their availability
Reviewing and monitoring progress and resolving issues and problems
Minimum of 2 years in IT
Fluent oral and written English
Recording, analysing and managing issues, risks, changes and dependencies during the bid
Producing a Bid/Proposal
Confirming that the proposal is deemed acceptable
Arranging Bid (and/or bid stage) initiation meetings
Defining the structure of the proposal
Planning and managing the bid activities, resources and bid risks
