•Defining the structure of the proposal together with the Bid team
•Planning the bid activities, resources, timeline, communication
•Arranging Bid initiation and progress meetings
•Producing the Risk Plan and mitigation (resolving issues and problems)
•Insuring Bid answer Quality
•Manage and Control the Bid progress
•Producing the Services Proposal documents (Service Description, Scope of Work, Project Plan, Resources Plan)
•Producing the Services financials (Cost / Price)
•Ensuring that all Project and Service Plans have been reviewed and updated
•Confirming that the proposal is deemed acceptable from the perspectives of Commercial / Sales, Procurement, Risk & Planning and that it is authorized at Bid Approval
•Arranging Business Approval Review and Contract Approval Review together with Bid team
•Managing the Bid budget
•Ensuring use of Huawei Best Practices
The Services Bid Manager is the project manager of the bid Services part with the aim to win a contract; is responsible for managing and organizing the bid resources to produce the required deliverables from the bid including Services Costing/Pricing
•Manage high workload and short deadlines

•Rapidly acquire Knowledge of Huawei Services processes and service offerings
Minimum 3 years experience of Bid Management or Project Management in Telecom or IT companies;
•University Degree: Technical
