BI SUPPORT MANAGER
Your main responsibilities include:
* Involvement in the 2nd/3rd level support for Ubisoft's internal BI tools (Data Warehouse, Hyperion Financial Suite, Reporting tools, etc) and provides assistance for support requests;
* Ensuring a good relationship with the client by organizing regular meetings regarding support cases monitoring and handles all demands escalated by the client;
* Identifing long-term solutions and proposes the most suitable alternatives;
– Setting performance objectives to collaborators by ensuring the necessary methods and performing the appraisal process;
– Proposing and implementing improvement methods for task organization within the team or for IT internal processes;
– Managing possible conflicts within the team, forwards the alerts to IT Management or/ and to the domain management, when necessary.
The candidate should meet the following criteria:
* University graduate in IT and proven experience in the BI domain;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar management position;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in BI;
* Good experience with Microsoft SQL Server;
* Good understanding of the IT domain, including applications, networks and systems and the processes required to successfully support them;
* Excellent English skills, French is a strong advantage;
* Strong customer care orientation;
* Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively interact with clients and all levels of the organization;
* Process oriented and able to develop and document work flow processes;
* Enthusiastic, results-oriented, capable of starting and managing a support team
