BI Business Support Controller

RESPONSABILITATI

Adecco Professional & Executive Search is looking for a Business Support Controller for one of its’ client, a leading network of tire and vehicle maintenance for both business and retail clients.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
1. For each business domain, ensure coordination of standard reports definition for Europe:
• animate meetings with business domains;
• define the look and feel of the reports;
• define content of the reports;
• ensure constancy of the reports with standard definitions and management rules;

2. Write the specifications of the standard reports. The specification describes the content of each report, definition of indicators, and technical solution to be built:
• write specifications for the content of the report;
• write specifications for definitions of the indicators;
• write specifications for technical solution provided;
• publish and communicate the documentation in the appropriate place;

3. Build the standard reports in the BI environment. The report is built and is adapted to European requirements:
• based on technical solution defined (cube, report), build the solution in the BI environment;
• adapt the report in order to make it available for all countries in the appropriate currency;
• make the tests before move to production of the report;

4. Manage the evolution requirements of the standard reports. Reception of the evolution requests, challenge and provide standard reports releases:
• receive the evolution request from countries and business domains;
• organize arbitration of the change requests;
• adapt the specifications to new requirements;
• ensure communication to the network;

5. Animation of the key users in countries, ensure developpement of the knowledge of the users :
• maintain the user guide of the BI tools;
• monitor the key-users skills on the BI tools;
• ensure training of key-users;

6. Promotion of the standardization of methods and procedures, and support for customer entities with the initiatives adopted in the CESP Progress Plan;

7. Help improve the quality of the information used to manage the Business (input and output data), through operating procedures and support for customers and suppliers;

8. Check that the standards are being used, and detects and makes known any non-compliance;
