As part of our team and having the role of a senior BI Developer, you will be in charge of the following activities:
- The development and delivery of advanced analytics including data model definition, ETL and visualizations from functional requirements and specification documentation
- Database modeling, data validation, reports validation
- Interaction with the test team to provide guidance in reviewing new ETL for data accuracy and load time/responsiveness for new visualizations;
- Delivery of high quality solutions to agreed specifications and within agreed timescales;
- Constantly searching for useful information in order to better respond to the client needs.
You are a dynamic and well-prepared developer, with at least 4-5 years of programming and with strong knowledge in BI tools. You had the chance to apply your expertise in commercial field as well and you are eager to further develop your career in this direction.
You are a self-confident and quick-paced person who is able to prove autonomy and rigor throughout results. You are able to easily express your ideas in English.
Requirements :
- A self-starter mentality with excellent team work and organizational skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Bachelor degree in Informatics, Computers, Cybernetics, Mathematics, Automatics, etc.
- Previous experience with DBI and in defining, developing and implementing ETL processes
- Strong SQL skills;
- Good experience with Crystal Reports, Webintelligence and Universum Design;
- English is a must; French is considered a plus.
