What is the position within Front Office department where you can have fantastic earnings, where is required an outstanding level of customer service’s skills and abilities and, not at least, where you can start to build an outstanding career within Front Office and/or other departments.
At Radisson SAS we call it “Bell boy – Valet parking”, and on this position you should:
- be one of the first welcoming guests and helping them with luggage’s transfer to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles by hand or using baggage carts;
- greet incoming guests and/or open their car doors, escort them to their rooms;
- explain the operation of room features such as locks, ventilation systems, and televisions;
- supply guests or with directions, travel information, and other information such as available services and points of interest;
- park cars, take numbered tags from customers, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide customers with instructions for locating vehicles;
- other related duties.
Our Front Office TEAM are bright, enthusiastic and passionate for delivering outstanding customer service and willing to exceed expectations by own ways of doing things and as a TEAM player, reliable and willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges, stress tolerance and self control. A high standard of personal presentation, confident, professional and welcoming personality is a MUST!
To qualify you should have at least 18 years old, driving license cat B, fluency in speaking English (2-3 languages is an advantage), a warm & friendly personality, a natural ‘Yes, I Can!’ attitude to both customers and colleagues.
