Main Objectives:
-develop and maintain partners distribution network in Romania
-assure country geographical coverage
-assure good technical expertise of partners
-assure technical and commercial support for partners
Main responsibilities
-identify and develop potential partners for Honeywell HBS
-support partners in developing HBS
-organize partners¿ events
-propose to management the strategic and action plans for partners network development within HBS AOP
-execute the approved plans and report their status regularly
-continuous update of the products knowledge (keep pace with the latest products developments)
Additional responsibilities
-provide technical support/training to partners/partners¿ customers
-maintain strong relations with related Honeywell technical support teams
-maintain strong relations with the rest of the local HBS team, sales & ops.
-participate in marketing activities, technical presentations, workshops, conferences etc.
Special tasks
-increase the geographical coverage by partners through intense traveling
-show organizing skills and team work capability
-technical support for partners at the country level
-University graduate (Technical ¿ Electrical profile )
-Excellent sales skills and technical mind/sense
-Relevant experience in administrating a distribution network / channel, in building automation market
-Relevant experience within the industrial field (experience in fire & security and HVAC field is an advantage)
-Dynamic, tenacious, flexible
-Fostering teamwork, positive reaction to stress and able to meet tight deadlines
-Excellent communication skills,
-Excellent availability to assimilate new technical knowledge, quick learner
-Fluency in English
-Availability for travel at least 70% of the time (in the country and abroad)
