To provide legal advice for Corporate Departments of the Bank: Real Estate Finance and Large Corporate
Provides legal support with regard to the corporate lending activities, structure of the credit transactions and collaterals for Real Estate Finance and Large Corporate departments;
- Issues legal opinions with regard to the credit facilities granted to the clients from Real Estate Finance and Large Corporate departments;
- Legally advises with regard to the non standard loan documentation (drafting/checking loan agreements and security agreements);
- Permanently watches the legislation and its evolution, in order to be able to provide up-to-date legal solutions to other departments he/she collaborate with;
- Ensure contacts with external law firms, public notary, Land Book, National Bank of Romania, Trade Registry, Electronic Archive, other authorities, etc. required by the Special Corporate Deals activities;
- Law studies
- Proficient in English
- 4 years experience of legal advice in a bank
- willing to get employed by the bank
