- Develops new products and processes within operation division;
- Improves the existing products and processes;
- Cooperates with other departments for identification of new opportunities in the market;
- Evaluates the adaptabilities and advantages of new products vs. existing products;
- Comes up with ideas to meet the parameters set up by the management;
- Reconsiders the traditional ways of creation products;
- Generates Newsletters.
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience in a bank;
- Preferably experience in Cash Management / Product Development / Project Management / Operations.
- Fluent in English;
- Creative, self-starter, detail-oriented;
- Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills;
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks with overlapping timelines;
- Ability to learn fast.
