RESPONSABILITATI

- Simplification of internal procedures and work-related methods in view of optimizing operational flows;
- An efficient usage of banking facilities/ equipments and costs-reducing methods without affecting negatively the products and services¿ integrity are also important targets to be met.
- Analysis of document¿s flow within Head Office and Alpha Bank¿ units and set up of process optimization proposals in view of improving/ adjusting internal practices.


CERINTE

- University degree, preferably in Economics;
- Banking experience within area of methodology;
- Good level of English, both spoken and written;
- PC proficiency (MS Office);
- Well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal relating skills;
- Very good analytical and synthesizing skills;
- Ability of understanding and following up complex banking processes and activities;
- Reliable, responsible and committed person, accurate, flexible and efficient, able to meet tight deadlines whenever necessary.
