BANKING OFFICER - Investment Advisor Support, Mutual Funds Desk, HEAD OFFICE

RESPONSABILITATI

- Study the domestic and international mutual funds markets;
- Assist in writing monthly newsletters and track market evolution for comparison tables;
- Monitor performance of inflows/outflows of mutual funds in branch network;
- Reconcile transactions from branch network with money flows;
- Compose sales reports for management, authorities;
- Conduct training seminars for new employees in the branch network;
- Provide support for branch network sales agents with questions on investing, mutual funds, procedures, complaints;
- Prepares effective sales tools and informational material including presentations, market comparisons, product analysis and effective selling techniques;
- Develop new products, investigate regulatory environment, and offer support for issues arising from the custody of mutual funds;
- Cooperates with relevant divisions from Alpha Asset Management, Alpha Bank Greece and Alpha Bank Romania in connection with new products, marketing material, sales figures, IT solution issues, and reporting;
- Documents and efficiently resolves complaints received in respect to distributions issues according to standard procedures in place.
