RESPONSABILITATI

- Supplies administrative support services to CORPORATE UNIT;
- Assembles and analyzes fairly complex information or data;
- Describes results in a written report if required.
- May act as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources.

Other tasks:
- Receives incoming mail; opens, sorts and distributes;
- Delivers mail and internal correspondence within the organization;
- Collects outgoing mail or packages;
- Answers telephone, screens calls, routes calls or provides caller with requested information; relays messages to appropriate staff members – Corporate Unit and/or any other Unit in the Bank;
- Welcomes clients, provides requested information and answers questions;
- Processes and files memos, correspondence, inter-office memos, forms, etc. in established alphabetical, chronological and numerical filing systems;
- Types correspondence, address labels, etc;
- Copies, distributes documents per requirement;
- Operates office machines: photocopy machine, scanner, fax, printers etc.;
- Creates, updates and revises records or files of average difficulty, which may include confidential materials if indicated;
- Retrieves data from computerized or hard copy records and files as indicated by Corporate Unit Staff;
- Schedules meetings when time, place and participants are specified and required by Corporate Managers;
- Performs other related work as assigned by Corporate Managers.


CERINTE

- High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by specialized clerical courses or any relevant combination of education and experience;
- Knowledge of English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation;
- Skill in operating scanners, faxes, printers and photocopy machine;
- Skill in relating well with people;
- Skill in performing routine clerical work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing;
- An ability to work effectively with computer technology and software, particularly the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Database skills;
- Highly developed attention to detail;
- An ability to work independently and to take responsibility;
- Tact, discretion, integrity and an ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

This is an intermediate level requiring 1-3 years relevant experience.
