• Participation in the monthly closing (flash and latest estimate calculations, Hyperion uploads, management reporting package preparation)
• Participation in financial planning, forecasting (P&L, BS, NWC)
• Trade and Marketing financial process management. Commercial Involvement by supporting Trade and Marketing function in decision making by analysis and reports
• Ensure compliance with financial policies
• Fixed Costs management. including recommendations of possible opportunities for cost savings
• Month end closing procedure- check on trade, marketing, fixed costs accruals, cause of change report, check on correctness of Hyperion data.
• Continuous checking on accurate identification of financial results: profitability analysis / portfolio etc
• Price list
• Demand review
• Cooperating with sales, marketing dept. and logistics
• Ad hoc reports to Global HQ and Regional HQ
• At least 2+ years in a finance function ideally most recently spent in FMCG. Experience of working with sales and marketing preferable. Experience in one of the audit companies would be an additional advantage
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of IFRS will be an asset.
• Demonstrable high level of experience in using computers to improve efficiency of work processes and quality of information (Excel is a must, Access would be valuable)
• Knowledge of JD Edwards and Hyperion (HFM version) would be a strong advantage
• High level of written and verbal skills in English.
