RESPONSABILITATI

As a Media Assistant you will be responsible for transactional role regarding Marketing and Media purchases.
Expected starting date: Feb 1st, 2007.

Main Responsibilities:

- Operate the existing systems (SAP application, MSA application, TOMAS) as part of the Media & Corporate Marketing Buying and budget tracking processes
- Assure data integrity, for example, financial data (right legal entity, payment terms)
- Work with business areas (MEDIA, CORPORATE MKT) to integrate current purchasing processes
- Prepare Purchase Orders / contracts and place them in the SAP system
- Contract Management
- Supplier Management (problem handling, follow up meetings)
- Maintenance of appropriate purchasing documentation
- Coordinate/handle specific issues related to Media & Corporate Marketing purchasing commitments

- Proven record of follow-through of actions, and taking responsibility/ownership for completion of tasks
- Legal understanding of Purchase Orders/contracts components
- Excellent administrative skills, with particular emphasis on accuracy
- Priority setting : the role requires managing a large variety of requests, so an ability to stay focused on objectives is essential
- MS Office and SAP Application (Lotus Notes) knowledge
