RESPONSABILITATI

Supervises the activity and results of the following teams:
- Credit Control
- Invoicing
- Reporting
Is accountable (fully or partly) for all KPIs in the above mentioned lines ( DSO, Invoicing accuracy).
Provides various reports on specific KPIs and activity;
Conceives action plans and assign responsibilities to his/her direct reports, as per priorities and changing situations;
Is responsible for people recruitment/ development & coaching within Back Office;
Is involved in implementing different company's projects acting as a team member/ consultant within his/ her area of responsibility;
Coordinates cash management flow and dunning process;
Perform other activities and tasks received from the direct superior, within his/her area of competence;


CERINTE

At least 3 - 4 years sales, logistics and/ or customer service experience, preferably within a multinational company and in a management position.
People management skills
Customer orientation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational/ prioritization skills
Project management skills
MS Office,
SAP knowledge or other logistics ERP.
Languages English: fluently.
