RESPONSABILITATI

Offers administrative and operational support to the project manager within the following areas:
-assist the Project Manager in day-to-day activities
- issuing reports and project data administration;
- carrying out administrative and secretarial duties
- prioritizing and sorting incoming mail;
- screening telephone calls for the Project Manager, taking messages and follow-up action as appropriate;
- centralize and issue documents and activity reports;
- participate in meetings and draft reports.

- able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and capable of managing complex workloads;
- open- minded, keen to learn and to further develop his/ her skills;
- optimistic, easygoing, effective and acting quickly;
- self-confident and determined, oriented to attain the goals set;
- reliable, experienced in working in demanding, fast-paced environments;
- university graduate;
- proficient in written and spoken business English
- in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Excel; PowerPoint and Word);
