World Phoning Group is looking for German speakers that will support an E-Commerce platform, by dealing with customers world wide and premium products only via email.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with customers by email
- Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated departments
