We are recruiting for our client, worldwide leader in the IT Sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Acts as a single point of contact for:
- Back office (Project controllers);
- Project Managers (PM);
- Country management;
- Financial Analyst;
- Bid office;
- CEE Finance management and CEE ECO team;
- and all other involved internal and external contacts for administrative, project-related matters.
• Acts as a first point of contact for regular, on-going customer accounts with low to medium complexity, coordinating support on daily operational matters.
• Resolves low to medium impact operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, returns, and financial post-sales programs), escalating issues to appropriate levels, if necessary.
• Collaborates with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) as they relate to customer support.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Order checklist – preparation, coordination;
• Revenue Recognition Checklist – preparation, coordination;
• Credit check – preparation;
• RPL check, License check, Legal check - coordination;
• Order booking sheet – preparation of order booking instruction for the HUB;
• Labor cost tracking – coordinating the process of labor vouchering in the country;
• Forecasting process – source data preparation;
• PMSR preparation, coordination (forecasting);
• 3rd party purchasing & invoice process – preparation, coordination;
• Participation in project status meetings (teleconferences);
• Maintain project documentation in accordance to Company's policies;
• Ad-hoc reporting.
• Previous experience on a similar position, within a multinational company;
• Bachelor degree with more than three years relevant business experience or equivalent or entry level of University Degree (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.);
• Comfortable with project life cycle, experience with project management tools appreciated;
• Knowledge of accounting principles (advantage);
• Good PC skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (mastery in English);
• Knowledge of project business (advantage);
• SAP knowledge (advantage);
• Ability to explain corporate objectives;
• Understands and applies Standards of Business Conduct;
• Basic problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Basic knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations;
• Basic knowledge of local legal compliance issues;
• Ability to structure and apply basic organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.
