RESPONSABILITATI

Send letters to appropriate recipients following policy admin, claims and finance staff instructions
Follow the internal working procedures and met all the required deadlines
Distribute promptly to appropriate departments/persons the documents received electronically (e-mail, fax) or by mail
Scan the mailed documents (digitization) and save them in a organized manner on the appropriate place
Keep the BPO staff informed about any news/changes on F&S area
Keep the BPO staff updated on client major activities/actions
Provide upon request appropriate equipped meeting rooms in due time
Participate actively on new application testing when requested
Ensure back-up for Policy Administration and Client Support


CERINTE

Customer service skills
Bachelor’s degree
Communication & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Good knowledge of English language
Very good knowledge of the producer’s language: Spanish
General insurance knowledge( a plus
