The Back Office Assistant is responsible for processing all inbound/outbound documents (mails, faxes and/or shared mailbox e-mails falling under his/her competence, scanned documents) as well to ensure the back up for Policy Administration and Client Support
Responsibilities:
- Data input
- Generate letters to appropriate recipients following policy admin, claims and finance staff instructions
- Follow the internal working procedures and meet all the required deadlines
- Report any problems to the Teamleader
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Very good knowledge of French and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer service skills
- Communication & interpersonal skills
- General insurance knowledge is a plus
