We are hiring for our client a top multinational company in the IT field.
- Process and/or compile data from various sources and produce reports
- Raise Service Requests for partners reporting errors
- Collect and input the data needed into the Certification Matrix, keep current on progress until partner processed
- Create Purchase. Raise requisitions and perform receiving once items delivered
- Perform specific project coordination tasks when needed
- Extract and analyse partner lists, partner statuses to assist the teams with partner monitoring and target achievement
- Support the management with preparation of individual team performance reports
- Manage payment of contractors on a monthly basis
- Support with travel bookings
- Demonstrated proficiency with e-mail, Word, advanced level of MS Excel is a must
- Fluency in English is a must
- University graduate
- 1-2 years experience in a large multinational company, preferably within the IT Industry
- Be able to work both independently and in team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid analytical and decision making skills
