AUTOMOTIVE CASE OFFICER
Main purpose of the job:
For the automotive customers in Germany, the automotive case officer will be responsible to help drivers in emergency situations and provide a smooth roadside assistance experience.
Job Profile
• Be the first point of contact for German drivers throughout Europe
• Provide creative solutions to help customers in need
• Assist customers in emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents
• Interact with customers and suppliers by phone and email
• Track information in the relevant applications
• Excellent German and English (spoken & written), minimum C1 certification
• Preferably 1-3 years work experience
• Proactive attitude, team spirit
• Stress resistance
• Autonomy and high sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills
• Good MS Office skills
