• Specification of Test Cases on Requirements basis;
• Implementation of Test Cases for module test and subsystem test. Writing of test programs and test data;
• Automation of Test Cases;
• Execution of manual and automated tests;
• Support of test environments, tools and simulation;
• Evaluation of the test output (coverage, traceability, progress);
• Test documentation;
• Regular test reporting.
The tests will be performed in close co-operation with experts from Thales Austria.
Professional competencies
Education:
• Computer science graduates (Automatics and Computers Faculty, Informatics, Faculty of Cybernetics) or degree of Transportation Faculty
Requested technical competencies:
• Good knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (shell scripting for Unix or Linux, perl, python, other);
• Basic knowledge of Java;
• Comfortable working with UNIX / LINUX in command line;
• Experience with the Linux GNU Toolchain (make, gcc, gdb);
• Experience in software testing.
Preferred technical competencies:
• ClearQuest or other bug reporting tools;
• ClearCase or other versioning system;
• Railway knowledge.

Languages:
• Fluency in English
