Test of complex and safety-critical application software for the railway field, including:
Specification of Test Cases on Requirements basis;
Implementation of Test Cases for module test and subsystem test. Writing of test programs and test data;
Automation of Test Cases;
Execution of manual and automated tests;
Support of test environments, tools and simulation;
Evaluation of the test output (coverage, traceability, progress);
Test documentation;
Regular test reporting.
Professional competencies
Education
Computer science graduates (Automatics and Computers Faculty, Informatics, Faculty of Cybernetics) or degree of Transportation Faculty
Requested technical competences:
Good knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language (shell scripting for Unix or Linux, perl, python, other);
Basic knowledge of Java;
Comfortable working with UNIX / LINUX in command line;
Experience with the Linux GNU Toolchain (make, gcc, gdb);
Experience in software testing.
Preferred technical competencies:
ClearQuest or other bug reporting tools;
ClearCase or other versioning system;
Railway knowledge.
