-Perform internal audit of ING Offices – monitoring of ING Offices activity, per detailed review of internal banking systems;
-Ensures performance of detailed reviews on existing flows to identify irregularities, risks, controls weaknesses and areas not covered by internal controls.
-Identify related risks and breaches of internal procedures, formalize internal audit reports in Romanian and English language, discuss and agree the audit findings with ING Offices Management;
-Reviews ING internal and external regulatory requirements for inclusion in the audit programs.
-Around 50%, of working time perform filed visits in ING Offices to discuss results of monitoring of activity and agree on ways to correct irregularities;
-University degree – Banking / Economics / Auditing;
-Minimum 2 years experience in other positions in retail banking in internal audit, fraud investigation or other risk – control related departments.
-Good knowledge of main flows, potential risks and related controls in a retail banking environment, features of retail banking products, systems and IT applications;
-Experience in the field of risk-based auditing, audit techniques and / or Professional qualification CIA / ACCA obtained or studies in progress are an important asset;
-Proactive in identifying monitoring control criteria for ING Offices retail banking activity
-Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Access);
-Good command on English (both written and spoken);
-Availability for traveling within the country – around 50% of working time;
-Driving license and driving experience;
-High degree of objectivity and integrity;
