RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of one of the largest Romanian providers of a wide variety of services, ranging from financial-accounting management and business consulting to auditing the financial statements, we are looking for one very high potential individual to fill the role of Audit Manager.

The key responsibilities:
- Directs review and verification of records, compliance with standards, policies and procedures;
- Coach and develop the team members;
- Oversee and coordination the audit team;
- Develop and manage the performance of the Audit team;
- Development of strategy and strategic measures in the area of responsibility;
- Ensure the effective restatement procedures according to IAS;
- Ensure the due-diligence process.


CERINTE

- University degree in Economics;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related area;
- CAFR member or ACCA Diploma;
- Good knowledge of international accounting standards;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good teamwork and project management skills;
- Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
