• To lead project teams for Romanian and international clients.
• To report on audit engagements.
• To develop junior staff by providing on the job training and appropriate performance feedback.
• To develop and maintain strong professional relationships with client management.
• To be aware of market opportunities and identify potential areas for additional work.
• ACCA, CPA, or other similar accounting qualifications.
• Min 5-8 years audit and assurance services experience working for medium to large clients.
• Solid experience in IFRS and Romanian accounting standards as well as strong technical expertise.
• Fluent English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
