RESPONSABILITATI

-Responsible for finding solutions, workarounds and/or fixes in order to maintain and improve the functionality of the ATM network as part of the 2nd line support;
-Escalates incidents to the 3rd line of support or supplier if the case;
-Ensures the response and resolve times agreed in OLA, in order to guarantee the ATM availability within the Service Level;
-Responsible for the correct completion of various technical tests on ATM’s and for proper installation of the patches and version releases (if needed);
-Responsible for ATM software/hardware administration and maintenance.


CERINTE

-Hardware experience: Wincor Nixdorf and NCR ATM models;
-Software experience: Protopas, Cortex, NDC;
