This position works closely with Engineering, QA, and Marketing to deliver new Dealio features. This position is primarily inbound.
* Analyze user needs, the market, and the competition in order to define and prioritize new features.
* Write PRDs, use cases and other specifications as needed that clearly and succinctly communicate requirements to the team
* Define and manage Beta programs
* Track, verify, and drive product quality and performance
* Serve as conduit for customer, sales, and partner input as well as competitive information
* Work with Corporate Marketing to develop marketing collateral
Required:
At least 2 years of work experience in marketing or project management, ideally with a consumer-oriented Internet company Bachelor's degree in computer science, technical field, or business administration
Desirable:
* A keen understanding of what makes great products Web-savvy: understanding of HTML, Web servers, and Internet protocols
* Working knowledge of MySQL, Unix and code versioning systems
* Attentive to detail and absolutely thorough when it comes to researching and specifying features
