Reporting to the Technical Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our European technical sales team with advanced solutions to customer problems and opportunities based on the Windchill suite of PLM software.
Your role will include:
- Deliver product demonstrations addressing customer / prospect needs
- Support the preparation of benchmarking events at customer sites
- Support the delivery of proofs of concept
- Support functionality development using J2EE technology
- Develop new solutions to specific technical requirements
- Support services organization in scoping of implementations
- Provide on site technical expertise to customers / partners throughout Europe
- Support technical support in resolving customer issues
- Develop product demonstrations and documentation for re-use
- Work in a dynamic international environment with PTC employees all over Europe

- Education: IT degree
- Web Programming Knowledge: Java, JSP, Servlets, XML, XSL, JavaScript, HTML
- Java Taglibs, Ajax, Web Services, JMS, C++ would be beneficial
- Minimal experience with databases and SQL
- Good communication skills
- Excellent English
- German, French, or Italian would be beneficial
- Willingness to travel internationally
