Job description:
- Main duties will include overall coordination of M&A mandates and other investment banking projects (debt raising etc.).
Requirements:
- Education in finance (MBA graduates and CFA charterholders preferred);
- Proven capability of managing the execution of an M&A mandate;
- Prior experience of at least 5 years of which at least 2 years in Investment Banking/M&A/Corporate Finance/Management Consulting;
- Strong financial modeling skills required;
- Commercial / origination / selling skills required;
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) required;
- Excellent IT literacy (especially MS Excel, MS Powerpoint );
- Very good report writing skills required;
- Effective team management capabilities are key;
- Understanding of accounting is important.
