Our client is a multinational company, owner of famous brand of sweety food, which acts in Romania still 1995. Our client is present in Romania with bough main activity productions and distributions sweety food- stuffs.

That: the company headquarter is outside Bucharest, in the south-vest area. There are two busses which are dedicated to transport the employees; its itineraries cover all sectors.
- Scheduling the General Manager meetings
- Romanian – English and English – Romanian translation (live or of documents)
- Administrative tasks
- Assist the General Manager for daily tasks
- Reservations and scheduling for travels
- Facilitating the delegations travel and meetings
- Fluency in both English and Romanian
- Willingness using Word, Excel, Power-point programs
- Good organizer self-organised.
- Responsible, active, attentive
- Stress resistant, able to work with several project in the same time
- Dedicated, open-minded
- Good skills of communication, negotiation, supervising
- University absolvent
- Experience in the same position minim 1 year
